From 1997 only one type of 9t drumbraked axle is produced, being the "LM" axle OR "Low Maintenance" axle.
This axle can be recognized by its shiny, stainless steel hubcap with a small ridge.

The LM axle can be equipped with these brakes: - BMX (19,5" - semi low loader): brake size 350mm x 200mm - QMX+ (22,5"): brake size 420mm x 180mm |
TE-axle
Till 1997 the TE axle was produced (afterwards replaced by the LM axle). |

10 ton drumbrakes
There are currently two types of 10t drumbrake-axles, the "TM" and the "TA" axle. Even though both types can be equipped with drumbrakes, only the "TM" axle is considered as the standard drumbrake axle and the TA axle will mainly be used in combination with diskbrakes. |
